DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT

If you are looking for a design and construct option, we meet with you via a conference call or Skype to discuss your design brief requirements.

We would then work with you to develop a concept & project budget that meets your new home or investment needs, wants, tastes and budget.  At this stage we will also provide you 2D and 3D concept drawings so that you can easily visualise the changes.

When the concept is approved we will complete the formal design stage in preparation for a DA submission to council. 

After council approval we would move into the Construction Certificate and then Building stages of the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

When building has begun, the web based construction management system we use, gives our clients access to all their project details in one central location.  The system includes all project files including; correspondance, photos (including those we upload so you can track your job's progress), progress claim and payment details & the project schedule.
