At JWC we use Co-construct's web-based construction management software, which provides a proven, simple, and enjoyable way to manage communication and scheduling online for our team, clients, and subcontractors.

Client portal

Our clients can login to their projects on our website and have one central point of communication with us about every aspect of their job.  Clients can ask questions, make selections, have visibility into progress against the schedule and check out regularly updated photos.

Selection sheet

This helps us to avoid mistakes and keep the project on track.  The list in the system contains information about deadlines, budgets, quotes, website links and more.

Online Scheduling

The system offers us a simple web-based project management tool that allows us to create custom templates, easily make updates and enables us to quickly share these updates will all relevant team members.  Reminder emails are also automatically sent out to let all project members know when they have tasks they need to login and attend to.

Photos & Files

Our system makes it easy to share all job files and photos in one place and clients can choose to share the photos of their job’s progress on Facebook with friends and family.

Warranty Lists

After construction clients can still login to the site to enter any warranty requests where we can approve them, mark them as done and have the clients provide verifications.
